and Equipment
- Drawing specifications
for the Programme of Requirements (POR) detailing every aspect of the institution.
From classrooms, laboratories, library, music rooms, sports area, and fitness
centre to security, cafeteria and administrative offices. The POR will be
drawn in consultation with architects. It is desirable that the drawings
be scrutinized by a Consulting Architect with school experience.
- Compilation
of a complete list of equipment and furniture for the entire institution
with its classrooms, offices, music and drama rooms, dining areas, canteen,
etc. The list will include details of computer hardware and software; laboratory
equipment; musical instruments; electronic equipment, and sports equipment.
- Providing
laboratory parameters and proposed designs to the architects for implementation.
- Providing
detailed specifications for the libraries, with the help of a Library Consultant,
in accordance with the requirements of the UCIE and IBO.
- Providing
designs for the audio-visual rooms.
- Preparing
a plan with the help of a consultant, for the kitchen and allied facilities.

consultation with the PR agency, drafting employment contracts for Indian
and expatriate faculty and support personnel, and drawing up the compensation
structure in consultation with the Principal (designate). Will require the
assistance of the client's CAs and solicitors in finalising the contracts.
Specialist advise from CAs/Solicitors well-versed with expatriates' appointments
in India will also be required.
